<li>Fast-Forward Rest Intervals: Control the pacing of your workout by skipping through rest periods.</li>
<li>Comprehensive Set Management: Plan up to 32 sets with 5-second increments for times under 2 minutes, 10-second increments for times over 2 minutes, and 1-minute increments for longer durations (note: exceeding 32 sets may restrict background functionality due to iOS limitations).</li>
<li>Volume Control: Adjust the signal sound volume conveniently using your device's volume buttons.</li>
